SMALL 2ER
Compact CNC tube bending machine with integrated loading/unloading.
A fully electric machine designed to deliver maximum productivity in minimal space. It features an automatic loading and unloading system and operates on two bending planes, including tight radii and high-strength materials. Full automation drastically reduces cycle times and operator intervention.

S2086E+
Flexible CNC tube end-forming machine from the QUICK series.
One of the most high-performing end-forming machines in the CRIPPA range, equipped with 2 electric axes and designed for quick tool changes. Ideal for complex processing and in-line shaping, with reduced setup times and extremely high process repeatability.

SILVER 2CD
Right and left tube bending machine for copper tubes up to 16 mm in diameter, starting from coil.
It can accommodate up to 7 brushless motors that control tube feed, bending, arm rotation for bending plane selection, and right/left bending switch, enabling smooth and fast movements.

BSR 108
End-forming machine that, thanks to two controlled and interpolated movements, can close the ends of copper tubes in a flat or domed shape, perform expansions and reductions, and—thanks to next-generation tooling—also groove and flange the tube ends.

RT50x6sp DIGIT
Fully electric tube end-forming machine.
Flagship model of the SMI end-forming range, equipped with 2 electric axes for tool management and movement, plus an independent electric rotating unit for hot forming operations. Its slim profile allows processing of tubes with very tight “umbrella handle”-style bends.

MTP 28
Cutting machine known for its high-quality orbital cut, chip-free and burr-free, with minimal inner diameter reduction.
It will also be shown in a version integrated with a PL50x6sp end-forming unit.

FAM6/8P
Hairpin bender with 7 electric axes and pneumatic movements.
It can simultaneously bend up to 8 hairpins using an arm available in 3 lengths. This machine can be equipped with a special unit for widening the heads of straight tubes. It comes standard with a conveyor belt system that transfers finished parts into a basket placed outside the safety enclosure (right or left, on request).

MULTIFUNCTIONAL ROBOTIZED CELL WITH DUAL SIMULTANEOUS CYCLE FOR HEAT PUMP PRODUCTION
An innovative, fully robotized and integrated system capable of bending, end-forming, trimming, punching, and flow drilling in a single work cycle.
The cell is designed to simultaneously process two tubes, optimizing time and enabling symmetric processing at both ends. An ideal solution to reduce production phases, increase productivity, and improve the overall quality of the finished product.
