The C.M.S. fin press line, model PRX, represents the state of the art in fin production systems and is specifically designed for applications using compact-style fin dies.

The PRX series represents the evolution of C.M.S. fin press technology and stands out for its high flexibility and innovative machine design.

C.M.S. offers a fin press line featuring operating speeds from 120 to 300 spm, depending on the model, and a variety of dies to provide solutions for different application needs, including various fin configurations, ribbon widths and materials.

The hydraulic safety overload system allows the ram to be lifted, making cleaning and inspection operations much easier. Additional strengths include the robust structure, perfect balance of the moving masses and excellent distribution of die loads. A quick-change system for the fin die is available, making the PRX line extremely flexible. The C.M.S. PRX fin press line is ready to be integrated into customers’ digital processes.
