HBA

The HBA hairpin bender represents an advanced and versatile solution for the production of hairpins and straight tubes, combining efficiency, quality and reliability.

HBA enables the automatic production of hairpins and tubes, with the possibility to vary hairpin length and easily switch to the production of straight tubes. Thanks to synchronized movements during the bending process, it eliminates waste and optimizes the production cycle, reducing machine wear.

Its lightweight structure in aluminium and carbon fibre ensures high and long-lasting performance. The advanced software system allows programming via barcode, management of a mapped production plan and automatic data output.

The new ADD (Automated Defect Detection ) system detects possible tube deformations during the production process through fibre optic sensors. The control is based on reading variations in tube diameter: when an anomaly is detected, the system reacts quickly, helping improve product quality and process reliability.
