The advanced software system allows programming via individual barcode, networked mapped production plan, or operator input, with automatic data outputs such as program history and efficiency metrics.
The HBE, on the other hand, is known for its reliability and precision, overcoming common challenges in hairpin production, such as cutting shape and consistent leg lengths. The introduction of the orbital cutting concept has greatly extended tool life and improved product quality by creating a perfect and slight taper on the ends of the tubes, easing tube insertion into the finned coil. The identical leg lengths of the hairpins are ensured by a sophisticated algorithm that manages all production phases. Available up to 8-lines versions, with hairpin lengths ranging from 180 to 4200 mm and diameters from 5 mm to 16 mm, the HBE is ideal for high-precision production.
