BASIC 42.1 is a CNC tube bending machine that can perform multiple fully automatic bending cycles. The small bending head allows the creation of close shapes with only a single cycle, which normally takes two cycles, significantly increasing productivity and accuracy. Thanks to its single-stack configuration, the BASIC 42.1 can be quickly reconfigured without complex adjustments to bend tubes with different radii, consequently reducing set-up times. The high rigidity of the mechanical parts, especially the structure, guarantees maximum precision and repeatability. Overall, both the minimal setup times and the structural rigidity of the machines make them suitable for high-speed production. The head is designed for the operator to manually transform the bending direction to either clockwise or counterclockwise with ease. The three axes governing the machine’s movements are driven by digital electric motors with "Elect Motion" technology and managed by Siemens SINUMERIK 840D sl CNC. The high production speed, the wide range of accessories and special devices, and the bend-radius variability make these machines particularly versatile for a multitude of industries. Each machine is equipped with a three-dimensional graphical software and a 19" LCD touch screen for intuitive communication between the operator and the machine. The UII "User ISO Interface" facilitates the programming, the simulation, and the optimization of the tube bending process.
