925XE

The 925XE is a tube bending machine for tubes with a diameter of up to 25mm.  The 925X occupies very little floor space (only 3.2 m in length), hence, ideal for automated work cells. As a downsized derivative of the 925LE, the 925XE’s bending head also utilizes direct transmission for rigidity and precision. This Fully Electric model has a compact bending head and chassis capable of producing complex tube geometries in a single work cycle, where they would normally require a tube bending machine with double bending direction. 

Like other machines in the Linear series, this compact machine can produce multistack-multiradius bends and can be integrated with the accessories for variable-radius thrust bending. Numerous tools with different bend radii and clamping can be installed and removed easily onto this machine, thanks to the machine’s long vertical travel.   

The operator can even easily reconfigure the machine’s bending direction from right to left manually. Like all other machines in the Linear series, the 925XE can be fitted with all the available accessories to meet the client’s specific production needs. The horizontal dynamics of the plane positioner fitted also on this model limits damage to the machine in the event of components colliding. For the machine’s linear movement, linear guide rails and recirculating ball carriages are used to reduce wear on the commercially obtained components. The movement of this machine is produced by 9 axes, driven by absolutely digital motors with Fully Electric technology and controlled by Siemens SINUMERIK 840D sl. The machine can produce bends with a CLR/DIA ratio even less than 0.8 at a high production speed. Using the UII (User ISO Interface) three-dimensional graphical software on the 19” LCD touch screen, the operator can interact intuitively with the machine to program, simulate, and to optimise the production of the pieces. This machine is designed to be integrated into Smart Factory system.
