932XE

The 932XE is a compact tube bending machine in the Linear series, designed for tubes with a diameter of up to 32 mm. It is a downsized derivative of the 932LE, which shares the direct transmission head to ensure rigidity and efficiency. This Fully Electric CNC tube-bending machine also has a very small bending head and an extremely compact chassis to produce complex geometries with a single cycle, which would normally require a double bending direction. Its extremely small size also permits this machine to be integrated perfectly in automated work cells. Like the other machines in the Linear series, this compact machine can produce multistack-multiradius bends that incorporate tools for variable-radius thrust bending. The 932XE can also be fitted with numerous tools with different bending radii and clamping simultaneously. The fact that the operator can manually reconfigure the bending direction from right to left with ease optimises the flexibility of the machine. The 932XE can equipped with all accessories designed for the other linear tube bending machines to perform the client’s specific production requirements. The machine’s long vertical travel makes it possible to accommodate various work levels and to move quickly from one level to another, while the horizontal dynamics of the plane positioner reduce damage to the machine if components accidentally collide. The use of linear guide rail and recirculating ball carriages for the machine’s linear movement reduces wear on the 932XE and improves performance. The machine can produce bends with a CLR/DIA ratio even less than 0.8 at a high production rate. The 9 axes of the machine are driven by absolutely digital electric motors with Fully Electric technology and controlled by Siemens SINUMERIK 840D sl. Through the three-dimensional UII (User ISO Interface) software on a 19” LCD touch screen, the operator can interact intuitively with the machine to program, simulate and optimise the bending programs for the production of the pieces. This machine is designed to be integrated into Smart Factory system.
