Tube bending simplified

The R42E is a fully electric tube-bending machine with a fully automatic cycle with a double bending direction to process tubes in a single cycle, even tubes that would require re-machining operations. 

The main features are: 

  • High personalization and flexibility of the loading and unloading systems, which are programmable according to production needs. 

  • Lower maintenance due to the lubrification-free direct-drive bending head. 

  • Greater rigidity, precision, and repeatability due to fewer components.

  • Simultaneous installation of multiple tools with different ratio and counterbond clamps. 

  • Extreme flexibility and absolute control of each movement ensuring high quality and precise bends, very short set-up time, and minimal scrap. 

  • The possibility of integrating devices onto the machine for additional operations (i.e., punching, knurling, drilling, marking). 

  • High rigidity of each mechanical element, particularly the frame, for maximum precision and repeatability. 

  • New Siemens SINUMERIK ONE control model for an unprecedented standard in processing speed with a PLC cycle time of up to 10 times faster than its predecessor. 

  • The capacity for bends with an Rm/Ø ratio of lower than 0.8.

  • The UII (User ISO Interface) sofware for easy machine programming to create bends with variable radius. 

  • Touch screen control panel capable of remote monitoring and control.
