EASYGAUGE

Easygauge is an extremely versatile dimensional measuring device that allows for contactless measurement of profiles, such as the ends of machined or shaped tubes, as well as other objects like blocks, plates, and stamped parts, which can be easily placed on the support glass.
It can be compared to a classic optical profile projector, where all measurement and control functions are performed automatically. Easygauge is capable of creating an ultra-high-definition digital image of the framed object and performing hundredth-millimeter control measurements with a repeatability of ±5µm.

The measured values are stored with a simple click and can be processed and analyzed for the automatic calculation of key statistical values such as Cp and CpK. Once the measurements are taken, the recorded values are saved and made available in .ACCDB and .CSV formats.

New measurement programs can be created through an intuitive graphical interface.
Once the image is acquired, the operator inputs the reference geometries and control dimensions, just like with any 2D CAD drawing.

After storing multiple programs for different shapes, the device features an automatic part recognition function: by framing the sample to be measured, the device can identify its shape and automatically recall the corresponding measurement program, reducing both processing time and the required expertise for performing measurements.
