Making bells with reflare after expansion
OCTA offers two families of belling machines: the INT for manual use and the BMB fully automatic.
Both units allow the manufacture of belling sockets with reflare on heat exchangers with mandrel tubes and can be configured with several tools depending on the required productivity and the diameter of the tube being worked.
The BMB allows, after an initial alignment followed by the operator, the entire exchanger to be processed automatically by moving on floor guides.
Both solutions complete the heat exchanger production process.
The BMB is equipped with a user-friendly operator panel.
