Tube Straightening and Cutting Machines

CMS straightening and cutting machines are designed for processing various metals, offering flexibility and speed when changing diameters. Each line is independent and can be programmed separately for diameter, speed, and length. The modular lines, available in configurations from 1 to 3 units, can be easily upgraded and feature advanced orbital cutting technology with a movable counter-wheel, suitable for diameters up to 19.05 mm. The tear-off cutting system, standard for thick materials, ensures high-quality cuts. Modular unloading lines handle tube lengths from 2 to 15 meters and can be extended. An optional percussion end-forming unit is available for tough materials like stainless steel, while a rotating unit is ideal for copper. The NTCO line design simplifies maintenance and setup, thanks to quick-change tooling. CMS offers different types of carriages, including side-by-side fixed, dual-rotation, and pay-off carriages, to meet all production needs.
