Silver

The Silver family of tube benders includes three models with different diameter capacities and technical specifications for every production need.

The SILVER 2CD is a bending machine with the ability to be able to bend to the right and left in the same cycle, copper tube up to 16mm in diameter.

The SILVER 3 is a right- or left-hand drive machine for copper tube up to 22mm diameter, while the SILVER 3CD, like its smaller sister, can bend right and left automatically in cycle, but with a maximum copper tube limit of 22mm.

SILVER machines are full-electric and can accommodate up to 7 brushless motors that control tube feed, bending rotation, bending arm rotation for selection of bending plane, and management of left or right bending exchange, resulting in smooth and fast movements.

Separation of the bent part from the material coming from the coil is done by splitting on a pre-cut, without producing chips. In case a very short section is needed, the machine can be optioned with an external blade cutting unit.

Many options are selectable, like a unit for fast machine tooling change and setup, drilling unit for cycle machining, laser marker, support tables for coils or spirals, and inline shaping units. These accessories give greater modularity and customization to Silver machines, providing customers with optimal flexibility.

All machines are equipped with a user-friendly software interface where the operator is guided through each step of product programming.
