Punching Machine

SMI offers two production lines for manifolds: the ITP and the INT.

The ITP consists of a unit that can be connected to the orbital pipe cutter, expanding its flexibility for in-line production of manifolds starting from coiled pipe.

For larger diameters, the INT is the ideal machine: starting from pre-cut tube, it can make manifolds with large holes on two independent lines that can be equipped differentially.

Making manifolds has never been so easy and precise thanks to the electric axes that control the punching dimensions. Holes will always be precise and clean, eliminating even the internal deburring and cleaning phase.

Both machines are programmable via a simplified operator panel thanks to icons.
