Ring Assembler

The MAC ring assembler machine is designed to automatically assemble brazing rings on curved tubes for heat exchanger units. It operates automatically and can be configured with single or double assembly tracks.

In the case of the double-track machine, the two tracks are completely independent and curved tubes with different characteristics can be processed simultaneously.

The curved tubes are poured into a rotary loader that separates them and directs them to the assembly unit via dedicated drop lines. At the same time, a vibrating cup selects pairs of rings and prepares them for assembly. 

At the assembly unit, the two rings are inserted into the curves at the specified height, and the ends of the bend are calibrated to ensure maximum accuracy during subsequent insertion and brazing to the exchanger tubes.

The mounts have a simplified interface for programming production recipes.
