Precise and automatic threading on heat exchangers
ITS M25s are dedicated machines for automatic threading of tubes to be spindled into the pre-assembled finned stack.
An automatic positioning system aligns with the holes and, by means of a track drive, threads the tube along the entire length of the stack, at the programmed height.
Exchanger size, number of total tubes to be inserted, and other working parameters are programmable via the operator panel with a simple and intuitive interface.
