The multi-row coil bender family is differentiated into two strands: semiautomatic machine with manual positioning (CBR) and semiautomatic machine with automatic positioning (PSA).
Both machines are used to bend finned pack heat exchangers, in single- or multi-rank configurations, using a pull bend.
The bending operation is performed by a gearmotor that drives the die roller and the contrast plate.
The bending positioning, on the CBR series machines, is performed manually by the operator, while on the PSA machines it is performed by a series of grippers that take the exchanger and position it manually.
The CBR series are operated by a PLC, while the PSA series is equipped with a PC with a simplified interface for programming the bending recipe.
