S2086HF

The S2086HF is a versatile end-forming machine that combines CRIPPA's patented hydroforming with the traditional end forming in a single cycle. The S2086HF is designed for complex hydroforming and end forming on short and medium-long tubes. The machine integrates punches, rotating tools, and rolling heads with various actuators, i.e. pneumatic, electrical or mechanical. With simple programming, the design of this machine allows a maximum of seven end forming steps in a single cycle in thrust mode, rolling, boring, threading, and turning. The S2086HF’s ergonomics enables easy integration into new or existing work cells, easy installation of the automatic/semi-automatic system for the tube loading and unloading, and easy intervention for the operator during tooling setup. The S2086HF is designed to integrate into the Smart Factory production system.
